Fun fold cards are usually a WOW and a fun way to do a nice alternative card. This fun fold is super easy and a fun way to make a middle flap opening card.
Measurements:
Base Card 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ (Parakeet Party CS)
Front Flap: 3″ x 4 3/4″ scored at 1/2″ (Parakeet
Party CS)
DSP – Parakeet Party from 6 x 6 2022-2024 In-
Color DSP (2) 4″ x 1 1/4″
(1) 2 3/4″ x 4″
scraps of Basic white CS for sentiment die and
fern die plus (1) 2 7/8″ x 4″ for inside
Score and burnish 1/2″ score line on flap.
Add 1 1/4″ DSP to both outside ends of the 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ base piece leaving an 1/8″ border around the three outside edges.
Add Tear N Tape to the small scored flap end and place in the middle of the base card allowing the folded edge to line up with the outside top edge of the card.
Adhere down to the middle of the base card the Basic White piece of cardstock adhering and covering over the flap edge of the flap piece.
Adhere the DSP to the outside of the flap piece and start to adhere the die cut fern.
Add the ribbon and the sentiment die cut.
Add Stampin’ Blends colored Pearls Basic Jewels so the embellishments match the ink and paper exactly!
