Not only are they a gorgeous starting point but they are at an affordable price point as well – you get 20 cards and 20 coordinating envelopes for only $10.00 – that is only $.50 per card/envelope combo. Add a little bit of DSP and a sentiment and an embellishment and voila gorgeous card in no time flat!
The 20 cards are made with sturdy cardstock scored oversized cards of 6 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ with beautifully printed coordinating envelopes.
I used a 3″ x 4″ piece of the Hand-penned Designer Series Paper (#155499) which means one sheet of 12 x 12 piece will yield 16 pieces of 3″ x 4″ pieces! I die cut the outline die of the flower grouping from the Penned Flowers dies (#155557) and the larger single flower and placed them on the outside edges of the DSP.
I tied a knotted ribbon in Open Weave Soft Succulent ribbon (#155780) around the middle of the card.
I cut the smallest rectangular die from the Scalloped Contours Die set (#155560) and used the Biggest Wish stamp set for the sentiment (#155052) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708).
I added the genial gems to the sentiment focal piece to finish the card off with a little sparkle!
