Fold the DSP and add Stampin’ Seal to the outside U shaped panel and attach to the left hand inside of the Basic Beige card base.
FOld the DSP again and place adhesive on gthe opposite U shaped panels on the other side of the DSP that is not attached to the card yet. Close the back side of the card base and rub on the back side of the card base to secure the DSP to the back inside of the card base.
Take the extra layer of Basic Beige and stamp the images for decoration.
Die cut the images.

Color the stamped images from the Silly Old Bear Suite with Petal Pink, Pecan Pie and Golden Glow Stampin’ Blends.

Take the extra layer of Pecan Pie CS and run it through the Stampin’ Cut and EMboss machine with the Hundred Acre Woods 3D embossing folder.
Adhere the embossed layer to the card front.
Pop up the sentiment die on the center of the card front and add Piglet popped up over the sentiment label.
Stamp the inside sentiment to one of the Basic Beige smaller layers and adhere the two Basic Beige smaller layers to the Pecan Pie layers.

Adhere the stamped and colored figures to the Basic Beige layers and adhere the Pecan Pie to the middle inside panels.

One of my favorite NEW products in the catalog are our NEW IN COLOR SHIMMER BRUSHES! They do not show well in these photos but the shimmer is stunning and I dressed up the stamped images with the Golden Glow Shimmer brush!

I adhered some metallic dots to the card front to finish off this great book fun fold.

Try this fold if you want to really WOW a special someone with you card making skills!

This card post was incomplete yesterday so I rewrote it today with all the photos that did not make the original post – sorry for the technical difficulties!

Now it’s your turn to go and create some artwork of your very own – one stamp at a time!

more color mondays – pretty peacock, pecan pie and crumb cake

Today’s More Color Mondays theme colors today are Pretty Peacock, Pecan Pie and Crumb Cake – I did not initially get this Stamp/die bundle but was so drawn to it and all of the samples that I found I had to break down and get it!

This fun fold is so simple, it is a regular card with an extra score line which I ended up bending backwards and securing after decorating it with all the lovely dies from this set! I love the consecutive large dies that come with the die set there are so many possibilities!

Measurements:
BASE: Pretty Peacock CS: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
scored at 1 1/4″ and 4 1/4″
scraps for dies
Basic White CS: 4″ x 5 1/4″ and 3/4″ x 5 1/2″
Pecan Pie CS: 4″ x 5 1/4″ and 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
scraps for dies
Crumb Cake CS: 4″ x 5 1/4″ and 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
scraps for dies

Score the BASE at 1 1/4″ and 4 1/4″.

Bend the base card back at 1 1/4″ score line and in half at the 4 1/4″ score line.

I stamped the right-hand edge of the Basic White 4″ x 5 1/4″ layer and adhered it to the inside of the card base.
I cut the Pecan Pie 4″ x 5 1/4″ layer with the second to the smallest consecutive die and the Crumb Cake layer with the smallest die.

Stamp a branch in Early Espresso ink and stamp the small pinecone in the same color on the branches. Stamp the pine needle plumes in Pretty Peacock ink and the Hello as well.

Adhere the Crumb Cake layer to the Pecan Pie matte layer.

Adhere the dies to the middle of the first bent back panel.

Adhere the dies under the panel sticking out around the focal point dies.

Add the Pecan Pie die to the right of the words and pine bough on top of the dies.

Adhere the two pine cone dies on top of the stamped pine cone images.

I added a Basic White strip to the left of the bent back panel and adhered that panel to the card front.

I added another Pretty Peacock pine cluster below the Hello sentiment to add a little more color there.

I added three Streaked Dots which are a lovely new embellishment round dot that is a neutral brown hue with golden streaks and swirls!
I added two more coordinating strips of Pecan Pie and Crumb Cake left overs from cutting the paper to the background of the card base and I love the difference it made in the backdrop of this card!

What a great masculine card using this lovely outdoor pine set. Try to make a masculine card – with great neutral colors and a nature set!
Now go and create some artwork of your very own one stamp at a time!
