2025 OnStage fun fold swap cards

2025 OnStage fun fold swap cards

One of the coolest things about going to OnStage Stampin’ Up!’s annual convention is the comraderie that is there and the people you meet – seeing friends you have made online and those you have met before – it is a group of very fun like minded people and I was so sorry it sold out before I got to registration! But last year I met a group out of New York and
Micheal D. hosted a multitude of swaps – I participated in three of them!

These are the fun folds I received! Hope it give you loads of inspiration and ideas!

This first fun fold swap from Mary S. from Wisconsin and features one of my favorite suites – Full of Life Suite – which is currently on the last chance list – so that means WHILE SUPPLIES LAST! Hurry and order if this is on your wish list!
This is a front flap fun fold and uses the full of life DSP and the dies from the set. It also uses the newer Plaster painting 3D embossing folder in Balmy Blue all set on a Blueberry Bushel card base.

This next swap card from Kim P. in Export, PA used the Faith Collection and Unbounded Love Bundles, CHoose Happy and Floral Delight stamp sets and the Grove, Linked Together and Textured Notes dies the bough punch and the Plaster Painting 3D embossing folder. She made a double Z-fold fun fold Easter card for us and did a lovely job.
The next swap card is a gift card slider fun fold and is from Dena R. who is a sideline demonstrator (we are in the same family tree!)
This is a very cool card and lifts the gift card up out of an inner pocket when you open the front flap! She used the Memorable Blooms bundle which is also on the Last Chance list in hues of Peach Pie!
This book binding fun fold card from Dianne G out of Mineral, VA features a pinwheel focal point made out of the Perennial Lavender DSP and has sweet matching decor on the inside.
This next fun fold swap card from Sherry P. features a creative take on an extended z-fold card (like the one I made for this past More Color Monday’s post). She turns the card to a landscape orientation and adds circle dies from the Spotlight on Nature set and stamped with the Delightful Wishes suite of products.
Delightful Wishes was a popular Suite of products and here is another fun fold swap card from Autumn B from Wilmington NC. This is a front flap gate fold card and this fun fold features the Eyelet embossing folder and the Floral Delight DSP.
This DSP fun fold card features a 1/4 sheet of Blueberry Bushel card stock as the base and then a 4″ x 12″ piece of DSP for the card using the Wildflower Birthday DSP from Elaine S.
Lori P from Escondido, CA made this sweet Floral Delight DSP offset gate fold card using the Wildflower Birthday sentiment.
Robyn M from Atlanta, GA made this fun birthday card. This fun fold pulls the doggie in the circle dies out on a separate fold so it peeks through the card opening one minute and out to the side the next! This card uses the One More Year stamp set!
This explosion book binding fun fold card from Robyn B out of Texas used the Meant To Bee bundle for a super sweet card for the one you love!
This triple panel fun fold card from Judy K. in Virginia features the Countryside Inn DSP which is on the Last Chance List and the Cake Celebrations bundle.
This swap card combines two fun folds the Book Binding and Z fold for a unique look with the Lily Pond Lane Last Chance List DSP from Janice A in Texas
Kathy A from San Antonio, TX used a lovely Perennial Lavender DSP decorated belly band to enclose her gate fold explosion card. The Layered Florals embossing folder is on the Last Chance list if you like it – it is on sale!
Diane L’s Fun fold swap card uses the Everyday You and Me suite of products for a double panel z fold card that is stunning! One of my favorite swap cards I received – nice job!

more color mondays – melon mambo, berry burst and lemon lime twist shadow box fun fold

Are you a Friends TV Series fan? When I saw the Friends of the Ocean Suite and the lobster the first thing I thought of was my son asking for the complete DVD boxed set of the series for Christmas – we loved that series and if you are a fan, you will get this card and understand immediately why I saw this Designer Series Paper and knew I had to make this card!

Measurements:
BASE: Melon Mambo 4 1/4″ x 11″
scraps for the alphabet dies
DSP: (2) 3/8″ x 4 1/4 and (1) 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
Scraps for the alphabet dies
die cut of the large lobster
Basic White CS: 3 1/4″ x 4″

Score the base on the 11″ side at 1/2″, 1″ 4 1/2″, 5″, 5 1/2″, 6″, 6 1/2″, 10″ and 10 1/2″.

Fold the card in half and adhere the 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ DSP piece to the center front panel

Die cut the largest square out of the center of the card front.
Adhere the 3/8″ x 4 1/4″ DSP pieces on the outer panels of the card front.
Adhere the Basic White CS layer on the center large panel on the inside of the card.

Adhere the score lines on either side of the center score line.

Die cut the larger lobster out of the DSP and adhere it to the lower corner of the Basic White window area.

Cut the word Lobster out of the Friends of the Ocean DSP and adhere to the lower portion of the lobster die cut (I closed the card front and using a pencil marked the corners keeping the images inside the corners so you can see the images through the shadow box opening.

Cut the Mini Alphabet dies in Melon Mambo CS and adhere the MY above the lobster on the left-hand side.
Adhere the right-hand panels together.
Adhere the word YOU’RE off of the top of the shadow box opening.
I added a Lemon Lime Lime circle die under the word MY to add color to the card.
This card has a bunch of scoring but is relatively easy and looks impressive!

This shadow box card is a 3D Stunner – try it with your stash and create some artwork of your very own – one stamp at a time!

more color mondays – fresh freesia, highland heather and calypso – coral center of attention fun fold sneak peak

more color mondays – fresh freesia, highland heather and calypso – coral center of attention fun fold sneak peak

Today’s More Color Mondays Color Challenge is a sweet little fun fold featuring a sneak peek at a new Suite, new stamp set and hybrid embossing folder, new 6″ x 6″ DSP coming in January in the new 2025 January to April mini catalog!
This fun fold is called the center of attention and you know I LOVE butterflies… not exactly sure why I am so drawn to them but I love every butterfly set that Stampin’ Up! creates and this one is no exception!

Measurements:
BASE: Fresh Freesia CS: 5 1/2″ x 8″
Calypso Coral layers: (2) 1 7/8″ x 5 3/8″
(1) 2 1/2″ x 3″
Highland Heather CS layers: (2) 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
Basic White CS: 1 3/8″ x 2 7/8″
scrap for Butterfly stamp and die cut
Beautiful Bokeh DSP: (4) 1 1/8″ x 1 7/8″

Place the two pieces of Highland Heather cardstock layers next to each other in the Beautiful Butterflies hybrid embossing folder and emboss.
Adhere to the Calypso Coral mattes.
Score the 5 1/2″ x 8″ BASE on the long side at 2″ and 6″ making score lines 2″ from each end.

Then rotate paper to the short side and cut at 1 1/4″ between the score lines starting at 2″ and cutting to 6″ score line. Rotate the paper and cut from the other side at 1 1/4″ from the 2″ score line to the 6″ score line.

Rotate the paper to the long side and score the paper at 4″ above and below the cut lines.

Still on the long side score the paper at 3″ and 5″ in between the cut lines.

Stamp in Highland Heather ink the sentiment in the middle of the Basic White layer.
Stamp the butterflies above and below the sentiment and watercolor the wings with Highland Heather ink and a Water Painter.
I stamped the splatter image in Highland Heather ink all over the background and adhered the Basic White layer to the Calypso Coral layer.
I decided I wanted a little lift and dimension so I colored and die cut the small butterfly and popped it up on Stampin’ Dimensionals over the butterfly above the sentiment.
I added a little ribbon in between the layers to finish off the “center of attention” focal point!
Fold the score lines at the 2″ and 6″ marks inward into a valley fold and fold the four inside folds into mountain folds and then adhere the embossed layers to the outside panels.
Adhere the small DSP pieces to the four panels above and below the cut lines in the center of the card and then adhere the focal piece onto the center piece (I matched up the right hand side of the focal piece to the right hand side of the card base center fold at the 5″ score line – you can place it in the center of you wish – it will hang over)
I added 5 Basic Rhinestone Jewels to the card front to finish off the card !
This is what the card looks like standing freely on its own!
This is how I folded the card to fit into a basic White envelope!
This looks like a complicated fold but it really pretty simple just a couple of cut lines and a few score marks! try this fun fold and make one of your stamps the “center of attention” and let me know how it turned out!

Now go and create some artwork of your very own – one stamp at a time!

Reminder since this is a sneak peak the photo links below will not have the sneak peak items listed because they will not be available until January 7th! Get excited for all the new products and FREE merchandise to earn during Sale-a-bration and if you did not receive a new set of catalogs let me know and I will get them to you!
