Die cut a circle in Basic White CS from the Spotlight on Nature die set, I love this VERY versatile die collection!

Using our new Stampin’ Hybrid Black ink pad stamp the small lily of the valley stem on the left hand side of the Basic White circle die.

Using a medium brush water painter watercolor the lily of the valley leaves in Granny Apple Green ink and watercolor the edges of the lily belles in Blackberry Bliss ink.
Using a Wink of Stella glitter brush, coloring the lily of the valley petals.
Brush the edges with Blackberry Bliss ink with a blending brush.
Adhere the Blackberry Bliss strips on either side of the DSP layer.

Adhere the DSP-strip layer to the left hand side of the card base.

Pop up the sentiment piece over the right hand side of the DSP layer.
Add three Dewdrop embellishments to finish off the card.

sketched butterfly bundle in black and red

sketched butterfly bundle in black and red

Last week when I was designing cards in anticipation of move in week I did not realize how significant the butterfly theme would be! I have always loved butterflies and today’s card uses the left over negative space from yesterday’s More Color Challenge card.

Measurements:
BASE: Basic White: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
scored at 4 1/4″
Basic Black: 4″ x 5 1/4″ negative space from
previous project
Real Red: scraps for die cuts

Adhere the 4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic Black layer that has the negative friend sentiment die cut and heart outline cut into it onto the Basic White card base.
Using glue adhere the Real Red friend die cut sentiment into the negative space on the card front.
Adhere the Real Red butterfly trio over the Heart outline on the card front.
I adhered the Iridescent Adhesive Backed Discs to the card front but decided i needed a few more details – sometimes card making is a fluid process!
I added a single butterfly die cut below the word friend for a little balance.
I stamped the thank you sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto a Stylish Shapes banner die and cutting off the left hand edge to match up with the edge of the black cardstock I adhered the sentiment strip over the heart outline to finish off this simply stamped card!
I love being able to make hand made cards – this week there are so many wonderful people doing so many kind things for our family and the way I will thank them all is with a little piece of my heart and a little piece of my art!

Hope you are able to stamp this week in the midst of your life and pass along something beautiful to someone you love – one stamp at a time!

Here are the Thoughtful Journey Memories and More Card Pack.
Here are the Unbounded Beauty Memories and More Card Pack.
The cards are super easy to put together.
Putting the small cards together with the small bases make beautiful quick and easy cards.
Placing one of the large memories and more cards on a card base is as easy as can be! I added just one die cut to the card to finish it off.
Another memories and more card using a large memory card and a large base card. Adding the larger die cut and popped up the sentiment piece over the die. Adding pearls to the sentiment piece finishes off this easy card.
Using two small memories cards creates another totally different look.
Another card using one large and one small pre-printed memories cards to finish this card.
The Unbounded Beauty is the second set available. These cards were created with this set. The next photo used the small cards on the small bases.
The last two cards used the large printed memories and more cards on the large bases.
First one used just one card , the second used a small card and one large card.
These are great cards, easy and quick and beautiful!

Try some cards with these Memories and More card packs. Go and create some artwork of your very own – one stamp at a time.
