more color mondays – cajun craze, wild wheat and pecan pie

Welcome to another addition of More Color Mondays and today it is all about Fall – If you have been with me for a while you know I am a brights girl and this color palette is far out of my wheelhouse! But I like to challenge myself as well as others and these are lovely Fall colors that work well together! Join me as we work with the new Autumn Leaves bundle from the September to December 2023 Mini Catalog. This beautiful Fall Suite is so popular that it continues to go in and out of back ordered status! Keep trying if you love it they are making them as fast as they can!

Today the colors are Cajun Craze and two new comers – Wild Wheat and Pecan Pie.

Measurements:
BASE: Cajun Craze 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
scored at 4 1/4″
Basic White Layer: 4″ x 5 1/4″
Cajun Craze: scrap for the sentiment piece and
the Leaf veins
Wild Wheat: scrap for the leaf veins
Pecan Pie: scrap for the leaf veins

Die cut the second from the largest rectangular die from the Nested Essentials dies set.

Stamp the sentiment in Pecan Pie off to one side.

Stamp the medium size leaf in Wild Wheat ink around the edges.

Stamp the Leaf outlines – largest leaf in Cajun Craze ink, medium sized leaf in Wild Wheat ink and smaller pair of leaves in Pecan Pie ink randomly around the Basic White Layer.
Tie the new Pecan Pie Bordered ribbon around the Basic White layer and tie in a knot.

Place Stampin’ Dimensionals on the sentiment piece back.

Remove the paper backings from the Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhere over the ribbon.
Adhere the Basic White stamped layer to the Cajun Craze card base.
Add Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front and you are finished with a beautiful Fall Card.

As on all More Color Mondays I invite you to gather these exact or similar colors and create a work of your own to share with all – post a photo of your creation in the comment section of today’s Facebook post at http://www.Facebook.com/nataliegramley

Now go out and create some Fall creations of your very own – one stamp at a time!

Happy Stampin’
