Choose a 12 x 12 piece of coordinating colored cardstock and cut at the 5 1/2″ mark.

Place the edge of the paper at the 1 3/4″ mark and cut starting 2 inches down from the top of the paper to the 10″ mark on the clear plastic guide (or 2 inches from the bottom of the paper).
Rotate the paper 180 degrees and repeat placing the opposite edge of the paper at the 1 3/4″ mark and starting 2 inches down from the top of the paper cut a slit in the paper from the 2″ mark to the 10″ mark on the clear plastic guide.
Rotate the paper 180 degrees and repeat placing the opposite edge of the paper at the 1 3/4″ mark and starting 2 inches down from the top of the paper cut a slit in the paper from the 2″ mark to the 10″ mark on the clear plastic guide.
Place the paper back in the trimmer with the slit cuts positioned perpendicular to the cutting track. Place the edge of the paper at the 2 inch mark and score above the slit mark to the top of the page. Pick up the cutting blade and move it to right below the bottom slit mark and score from the bottom slit mark to the bottom of the paper. See image below.
Move the edge of the paper to the 4 inch mark and score at 4″ from the top of the page through both slit marks to the bottom of the paper.
Rotate the paper 180 degrees and repeat the scores at the 2 inch mark score above the top slit mark to the top of the paper. Pick up the scoring blade and place below the bottom slit mark and score to the bottom of the paper.
Repeat the 4″ score from the top of the paper to the bottom scoring perpendicular to the slit cuts.
FInished the paper should look like the one pictured below.

Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper to
5-3/4″ x 5 1/8″
If the paper has a directional pattern make sure that the 5 3/4″ cut is going across the paper and the 5 1/8″ is the dimension going from the top to the bottom of the paper directionally so the pattern will be right side up on your card!
Cut the paper at 3 7/8″ along the 5 3/4″ side this will leave you with two pieces 3 7/8″ and 1 7/8″
(F) Cut the 1 7/8″ piece at 1 5/8″ from the top and (H) cut 1 5/8″ from the bottom and keep the pieces together so the patterns match (this will make it easier to place on the card.)
Cut the same 1 5/8″ off the top of the 3 7/8″ piece (piece C) and 1 5/8″ off the bottom (piece E) . You will use all three pieces in order on your card base. The piece in the middle will be 1 7/8″ and be (D) in photo below.

Although a few steps the card is not difficult to make and what a WOW it is!
Hope you give this special card a try and create some art of your own – one stamp at a time!
