This is a fun and easy card that uses some of that gorgeous Designer Series Paper that we all love and hoard! Stampin’ Up’s DSP paper packs are extra special because they color coordinate within the pack and usually back to front on the double sided designs but most importantly with the color families that Stampin’ Up! is famous for – so the DSP matches the cardstock and the ink and the embellishments!
Choose 4 pieces of coordinating cardstock or 2 pieces of double sided coordinating Designer Series paper. Cut the paper to 4″ x 5 1/4″. Then cut on the 4″ side at 3 1/2″ leaving two pieces of 3 1/2″ x 5 1/4″ and 1 1/2″ x 5 1/4″. Then turn the paper 90 degrees and cut along the 5 1/4″ side at 3 1/4″ leaving four pieces 2 1/2″ x 3 1/4″,
1 1/2″ x 3 1/4″, 2 1/2″ x 2″ and 1 1/2″ x 2″.
Arrange them in a rectangle so that you have four different patterns leaving an even 1/8″ border all the way around.

Take Basic White Thick cardstock and cut at 4 1/4″ x 11″ and score at 5 1/2″. Adhere first rectangle onto the card base and continue adhering down with about 1/8″ border on the two outside edges.
Adhere the second rectangle to the card.
Adhere the third rectangle and place tape on the last rectangle and adhere securing the edges even to 1/8″ border.
Wrap a length of Gray Granite ribbon around your four fingers twice and cut the length off the roll with scissors. Place two pieces of Stampin’ Seal + onto the corner of the card and place the ribbon in your desired pattern over the tape and adhere down to the card.
Die cut the second to the largest circle from the Stylish Shapes die set and stamp the larger flower image from the Fitting Florets stamp set in Smoky Slate.
Then stamp the Thank you with all my heart sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
Pop up the sentiment piece on Stampin’ Dimensionals and pop up over the ribbon and adhere down to the card front surface.
Adhere the upcoming Adhesive-Backed Milky Gems to the card so that extra special bling!
I did this card with the same papers in both horizontal and vertical orientations to show that just a little thing can make the difference!
Here are both 4 UP DSP cards – hope you liked this easy recipe for successful card making! Try to make some art of your own – one stamp at a time!
Happy Stampin’
